Case Studies
Potable Water Pumping Station
To design, manufacture, test, install & commission a Potable
Water Pumping Station. This consisted of two off pumps operating as
duty/standby to boost the water in the mains supply so that a village
had the correct water supply. The Booster Pump Set was supplied with a
GRP Kiosk to house the unit.
Polymer Make Up Unit
To design, manufacture and supply a Liquid Polymer Make Up Unit
complete with duty/standby dosing pumps. The unit was skid mounted and
installed inside a building to feed a centrifuge.
Emulsion Polymer Make Up Unit
To supply a plant complete with Liquid Polymer Make Up and Dosing
Unit and a Backflow Prevention Unit to feed potable water to the Make
Up Unit in line with the Water Regulations i.e. Potable water supply
fed into a Type AB Air gap Tank and then pump and control unit used to
boost water to Polymer Unit.
